VENDO is seeking a proven frontline leader to build and grow their book of business, maximizing growth for our brand partners on Amazon. A background in high-growth companies, especially in consumer retail, is highly desirable. We want a strategic thinker: a results-oriented innovator passionate about growing brands on Amazon and delivering winning solutions to our clients.

About The Role

We are looking for a strategic leader to elevate our Amazon managed services business through top-tier strategy, tactics, and execution.

Your energy and results will drive revenue and growth, both for clients and within your team. You should be able to develop roadmaps leveraging Amazon programs across AMS, Seller Central, Vendor Central, etc., understanding the platform and business offerings. We seek a growth strategist with diverse marketing and business development skills to creatively expand accounts, with the freedom to design and implement new projects and ideas aimed at increasing product sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage client relationships, engaging with C-Level stakeholders at VENDO about new revenue streams within Amazon.
  2. Participate in mastermind groups of Amazon sellers passionate about the marketplace.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leading strategic initiatives while partnering with departments such as Marketing, Advertising, Creative, and Operations.
What You Bring
  • Energetic and capable of executing success strategies.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Skills in market research, competitive analysis, and financial forecasting.
  • Ability to define KPIs for success.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including lookup functions, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Experience with paid and organic Amazon search strategies.
  • Knowledge of product listing optimization and certification submission.
  • Ability to track product rankings and resolve data issues.
  • Effective liaison skills between clients and internal departments.
  • Understanding of how external traffic influences conversion and rankings.
  • Ability to monitor top-selling items and forecast revenue at SKU level.
  • Experience in delivering compelling Amazon listing content.
  • Ability to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
  • Advanced experience with Vendor Central and Seller Central.
  • Proficiency with Excel functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Capacity to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong forecasting skills to meet revenue targets.
  • Critical thinking skills for data analysis and interpretation.
