VENDO is seeking a proven frontline leader to build and grow their book of business, maximizing growth for our brand partners on Amazon. A solid background in high-growth companies, preferably in consumer retail, is highly desired. We want a strategic thinker: a results-oriented innovator passionate about growing brands on Amazon and delivering winning solutions to our clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a strategic leader to elevate our Amazon managed services business with best-in-class strategy, tactics, and execution.

Your energy drives revenue and growth, enabling you to achieve results for clients and your team. You should be a strategist capable of developing roadmaps to leverage Amazon programs like AMS, Seller Central, Vendor Central, etc., for our brand partners. Knowledge of Amazon's platform and business offerings is essential. We seek a growth strategist with diverse marketing and business development skills to creatively expand accounts. You will have the freedom to design and implement new projects, programs, and ideas aimed at increasing sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage client relationships, engaging in meaningful dialogue with C-Level stakeholders about new revenue streams within Amazon.
  2. Participate in a mastermind group of Amazon marketplace sellers passionate about growth.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams, shaping strategy while collaborating with departments such as Marketing, Advertising, Creative, and Operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Energetic drive for success coupled with strong execution skills.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Skills in market research, competitive analysis, and financial forecasting.
  • Ability to define success KPIs within your industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including lookup functions, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
  • Experience implementing paid and organic Amazon search strategies.
  • Capability to ensure product listing accuracy during launches and optimizations.
  • Knowledge of submitting product certifications and tracking rankings using software tools.
  • Ability to resolve data discrepancies and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Understanding of how external traffic influences conversions and keyword rankings.
  • Experience analyzing top-selling items and forecasting revenue at SKU level.
  • Skills in optimizing Amazon listing content, including images, descriptions, and categories.
  • Ability to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced experience with Seller Central.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong forecasting and data analysis skills to meet revenue targets.
