Job summary

Exoticca seeks a GDS Specialist to support Flight Operations and travel teams with daily tasks, including changes, cancellations, and refunds. You will work with Amadeus/GDS, manage GDS issues, and handle negotiated fares and commissions.

The role requires ARC certification, fluent English, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers for pre- and post-bookings requests. Residency near Houston area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus (French/Spanish).
• ARC certified.
• Experience with negotiated fares and commissions in GDS.

Responsibilities

• Handle and support Travel Operations tasks (Flights changes, Cancellations, Refunds).
• Manage and follow-up on GDS issues and cases.
• Deal with negotiated fares and commissions in GDS.
• Coordinate with land suppliers for pre- and post-bookings requests.
• Handle ARC PED procedures and close the sales period accurately.
