H3 Manufacturing Group, LLC is seeking an Amada Press Brake Operator for the Oxford, NC facility on the second shift. The role requires operating CNC press brakes to form sheet metal parts with accuracy, reading blueprints, and maintaining tooling and programs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sheet metal fabrication, experience with Amada or similar machinery, and a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sheet metal fabrication or related trade preferred.
• Experience operating Amada or similar fabrication machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Amada CNC press brakes to bend sheet metal parts according to blueprints and specifications.
• Interpret part drawings and verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools.
• Perform first-piece inspections and adjust as needed for accuracy.
• Maintain tooling, perform setups, and ensure machine programs are correct for each job.
• Monitor machine operation for proper forming and quality control.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
