Job summary

Nationwide Technical Resources Corp. in Texas seeks an experienced Amada Press Brake operator for a permanent, full-time role. You will set up and operate the Amada CNC press brake, handle tooling, and ensure metal parts meet required quality levels.

You must follow the Job Traveler and production schedule, document all paperwork, and maintain a clean, safe work area. High school diploma or GED required; Amada experience essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Amada Press Brake experience.
• Ability to sit or stand for 3–4 hours before a break.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Amada Press Brake for each job.
• Familiar with tooling and metal types.
• Follow the Job Traveler directions.
• Ensure parts meet customer quality requirements.
• Report issues to Shift Manager or QA personnel.
• Maintain housekeeping around the press brake.
• Complete production paperwork and document spare parts.
• Adhere to daily production schedule and communicate delays.

- Setup / Operate Amada CNC Press Brake

- Familiar with Tooling

- Experience working with all types of metals

- Safely operate assigned Amada Press Brake using the proper techniques and methods.

- Properly and efficiently setup the Amada Press Brake for each scheduled job.

- Follow all directions as noted on the Job Traveler

- Ensure that all parts processed on assigned Press Brake meet the customer required quality level.

- All issues must be reported to Shift Manager and / or Quality Assurance personnel.

- Maintain the proper housekeeping around the assigned Press Brake.

- Empty trash from your assigned table at the end of every shift.

- Follow daily production schedule as noted on the Scheduling Board and communicate any delays to the Programmer / Scheduler.

- Complete all production paperwork for each job.

- Properly document all spare parts that are taken.

- Ensures that all completed parts are taken for final review.

Requirements
