The Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County is seeking a Nappanee KidsCare Youth Development Professional Lead - AM to oversee morning programming for youth aged 5-12 in Nappanee, IN. You will coordinate daily activities, support staff, and ensure a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with youth ages 5-12.
• Minimum one year supervising school-aged children.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of daily KidsCare programming to ensure activities are engaging and developmentally appropriate.
• Develop and manage daily schedules and routines for youth.
