Qualifications

• Experience monitoring and operating bagging machines.
• Ability to verify product weight and adjust machine settings.
• Comfortable loading and unloading products.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain vertical form and fill bagging machines.
• Ensure smooth product flow through the machine and make necessary adjustments.
• Load bags onto the feed conveyor and adjust guides to ensure proper placement.
• Check bag size and weight to meet production specifications.
• Monitor the machine for jams or malfunctions and take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain production logs and track equipment performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and clean machinery.
• Keep the work area organized, safe, and clean.
