Job summary

Divergent is seeking an adept AM Service Specialist to maintain and enhance our additive manufacturing equipment. We design, manufacture, and assemble advanced systems for aerospace and automotive markets, setting new benchmarks in precision and uptime.

You will diagnose complex failures, optimize machine reliability, and collaborate with controls and manufacturing teams to improve part quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or technical degree or equivalent maintenance technician experience.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical performance of AM equipment and maximize uptime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, optical, and control failures and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze performance trends and improve reliability and process capability.
• Develop and refine maintenance procedures and calibration workflows.
• Collaborate with controls, manufacturing, and engineering teams to solve complex issues.
• Mentor technicians and document best practices.
