AM STOCKER

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - done. Hours and days may vary based on workflow and scheduling.

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.76/hr + weekly incentives up to $4 per hour based on personal and team performance.

Company Overview

Harbor Wholesale Foods, one of the Nation's Top 25 Wholesale Distributors to convenience stores, is seeking a PM Stocker for our freezer and/or dry departments.

General Summary

The main purpose of the PM Stocker is to utilize a stand-up reach forklift and scanner to replenish pick slots and maintain overstock in the freezer and dry areas.

Essential Job Functions

• Stocking pick slots
• Accurate use of scanner
• Proper rotation of product
• Maintain pick slot and overstock neatness
• Safe and efficient operation of forklift to pull product from racking
• Maintain clean and neat work area
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Required Skills and Abilities

• No prior forklift experience needed; training provided
• Strong communication skills
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Manual dexterity and trunk strength
• Ability to read English, recognize numbers, and select correct products
• Ability to work well with others in a respectful environment

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1-3 months related experience/training preferred

Working Conditions

Extreme cold environment (-30F to 10F) with appropriate freezer protection. Moderate noise level.
