Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Kitchen/Diswash Attendant for our hotel in Pittsburgh. You will support the restaurant and kitchen teams by cleaning and sanitizing dishware, loading and operating the dishwashing machine, and helping maintain a sanitary and efficient dish room.

This full-time position offers opportunities to contribute to a hospitality-driven team. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a 4 AM to 12 PM shift in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of dishwashing.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Reasonable physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Load and operate the dishwashing machine according to instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized dish room and work area.
• Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed by the team.
• Follow health and safety standards and report any issues to management.
