Qualifications

• Six months experience as a dishwasher, utility or steward required.
• Knowledge of safe chemical and equipment handling.
• Operate equipment such as dishwasher, sprayer, and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware for washing and ensure proper machine loading.
• Wash ware and replace in designated storage areas.
• Maintain dish areas and ensure washing machines operate properly.
• Follow sanitation standards and safety policies in the kitchen.
• Assist in recycling and waste management as required.
