Job summary

Mission Valley Post Acute is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time AM shift in Fremont, CA. Eligible CNAs with current California certification are invited to join a compassionate, resident-centered care team and provide essential daily living support.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California CNA certification.
• Prior skilled nursing/post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care per resident care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning and mobility while ensuring safety.
• Measure and record vital signs; report changes to licensed staff.
• Answer call lights promptly and document care.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
