Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team on a Full-Time AM shift. You will provide hands-on care to residents, assist with activities of daily living, and help promote comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Respond to call lights promptly and document care provided.
• Follow care plans and facility policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and protect privacy and confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
