Job summary

Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team on an on-call basis for the AM shift. You will provide hands-on care, support residents, and work closely with the nursing team to ensure high-quality, individualized care in accordance with care plans.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required.
• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on-call AM shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing supervisors.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Protect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members.

About the Role

Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team on an on-call basis for the AM shift.
