Dirty Habit at Hotel Zelos in San Francisco is seeking a Full-Time AM Server to greet guests and deliver attentive service in a vibrant setting.

Under general supervision, you will take orders, memorize menu items, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Previous experience of 3 months or longer and fluency in English are required; Saturday shifts are included.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3+ months of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and restaurant operations.
• Ability to handle cash and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greets and takes food and drink orders from restaurant customers, ensuring accuracy.
• Attends to customers throughout the dining experience, upholding service standards.
• Restocks and cleans during opening/closing sidework.
• Memorizes menu items to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Maintains cleanliness of restaurant, wait station, and kitchen service area.
• Processes payments and ensures accuracy of checks.
• Presents a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Must work Saturdays.
