Job summary

Xperience Restaurant Group is seeking a Cocktail Server in South San Francisco, CA to warmly welcome guests, accurately take all food and beverage orders, and ensure timely delivery with a high level of guest satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of menu items, pricing, allergens, and strong communication. Two years in service, POS proficiency, and familiarity with beer and spirits are preferred. Competitive pay at $18.15/hour plus tips, with benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States required.
• Two years related experience in hospitality or bar/restaurant setting preferred.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Knowledge of beer and spirits preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Provide information on menu items, pricing and allergens.
