Job summary

Atira Hotels is seeking AM Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in our Tucson property. You will take orders accurately, coordinate with the kitchen for timely service, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Reports to the Dining Room Supervisor and works 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday, plus holidays and weekends. Responsibilities include greeting guests, entering orders, presenting checks, processing payments, and maintaining station setup.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 6 months of serving experience in high-volume or fast-casual dining.
• Ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Physically able to lift up to 20 lbs and perform bending, twisting, standing and walking.
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders, enter them promptly, and ensure accurate delivery.
• Coordinate with the kitchen for timely and quality service.
• Maintain table cleanliness and pre-bus to ensure adequate supplies.
• Present checks, handle payments, and provide change as required.
