Job summary

Eau Resort & Spa in Manalapan, FL is seeking an AM Server to join Stir restaurant. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure Forbes Five Star standards are met while assisting with daily restaurant cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to serve alcohol.
• Minimum 2 years as a Restaurant Server.
• Clear and effective communication with guests, management and co-workers.
• Ability to perform legible communication and basic math.
• Ability to input information into Micros system.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and serve to guest tables per Forbes standards.
• Retrieve and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders.
• Collect payments and assist in daily cleanliness of the restaurant area.
• Be flexible to work mornings/midday shifts, weekends and holidays.
