Salamander Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time AM Server in Charleston, SC to deliver friendly, timely service and guide guests through menu and wine selections.

You must be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and at least 6 months of server experience. Certifications in ServSafe Alcohol and SC ABL Server License are required within 30 days of hire. Join a team focused on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a server in a full-service establishment.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Complete the SC ServSafe Alcohol Online Course & Exam within 30 days of hire.
• Possess a valid SC ABL Server License within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests using suggestive selling.
• Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform side duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the menu, wine list, ingredients, and preparation methods to guide guests.
• Be familiar with cashiering procedures and POS security.
• Work effectively with culinary and service staff to ensure smooth service.
• Keep work areas clean and tidy at all times and perform opening/closing duties.
• Attend pre-shift and team meetings to stay informed about events and promotions.
