Job summary

Edgewater Missoula is seeking a friendly and efficient AM Server to deliver an exceptional guest and member experience in a busy dining environment.

You will be responsible for knowledge of the menu, accurate beverage service, and maintaining well-stocked stations while upholding Hilton grooming standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and have 1 year of fine dining experience preferred.
• Must be available Saturday, Sunday and some Holidays

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with liquor regulations.
• Know and promote the full menu and daily specials.
• Maintain well-stocked mise-en-place at all floor stations.
• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Follow reporting procedures for issues and guest requests.
• Adhere to Hilton grooming standards, uniform, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Comply with health, safety and security regulations.

Job description

As a AM Server, you are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Server will also be required to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner

• Serve Alcoholic/non-Alcoholic beverages in conjunction with licensing/liquor regulations for residents and non-residents
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all products
• Ensure mise-en-place is well stocked at all floor stations
• Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues
• Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner
• Practice Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
