Responsibilities:

1. Thoroughly clean and replace amenities for 13 room credits per day.
2. Perform duties as required, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, washing, disinfecting, restocking, and reporting maintenance issues.
3. Make beds, ensure linens are in good condition, and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and bathrooms.
4. Deodorize rooms, adjust heating/AC, and ensure guest satisfaction.
5. Stock and maintain cleaning carts, review and complete job-related documentation, and handle guest complaints appropriately.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work well with others, handle pressure, and work independently.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School diploma; housekeeping experience in an upscale NYC property preferred.

Salary Range: $28.4044 - $37.8726 per hour.
