Job Description
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, suites, and public areas to Faena’s luxury standards. This role directly impacts the guest experience by ensuring rooms are immaculate, well-stocked, and welcoming. Room Attendants are key to upholding Faena New York’s visual identity and reputation.

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of $30.00.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and suites following established procedures and standards.
• Adhere to safety, fire regulations, and department policies.
• Utilize PMS/App and other computerized applications for assignments.
• Follow Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as per the Employee Handbook.
• Complete work assignments using required keys, equipment, and supplies.
• Remove garbage and recyclables, disposing of them properly.
• Assist guests courteously and professionally.
• Maintain proper uniform and grooming standards.
• Respond appropriately to hotel emergencies or safety situations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Restock amenities such as shampoo, lotions, and stationery as needed.
• Prepare rooms for turndown service.
• Clean and maintain hotel terraces.
• Ensure cleanliness in occupied, turndown, and check-out rooms.
• Maintain the main guest entrance and adjacent areas, removing trash, cigarette butts, snow, leaves, etc.
• Handle any additional housekeeping requests.
• Arrive on time, notify supervisors if unable to attend, and follow payroll procedures.

Qualifications
