This role involves operating and monitoring production equipment, making basic adjustments, and performing quality checks while keeping the area clean and safe. Training is provided in a fast-paced, heat-prone environment. Ideal candidates will have manufacturing/production experience or be entry-level friendly, with reliable transportation and strong attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a warm to hot production environment.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance are important.
• Ability to stand, move, and stay active throughout the shift.
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs regularly.
• Team-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality.
