Qualifications

• Valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
• Experience in kitchen or prep cook preferred
• Must be able to stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards
• Wash, chop, slice and portion food items
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Label, date and store food properly using FIFO methods
• Maintain a clean, organized and stocked workstation
• Assist with basic cooking tasks as needed
