Job summary

The Ridge at Castle Pines in Castle Rock, CO is hiring for a Full-Time AM Prep Cook for a seasonal position lasting up to 6 months. As part of Troon, you will follow recipes, maintain quality, prep equipment, and ensure proper food handling while contributing to a fast-paced kitchen environment.

This role requires basic food preparation skills, ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds, and adherence to safety standards. A GED or high school diploma is acceptable, with food safety training preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Training certification.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes and directions for proper food preparation.
• Maintains quality control and daily freshness of products.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Prepares appropriate equipment for cooking and uses kitchen utensils properly.
• Ensures proper food handling, labeling, stocking, and temperature checks.
