Job summary

Hank's Seafood Restaurant, part of the Makeready collection, is seeking a part-time cook in Charleston to join our kitchen team. You will set up, clean, and organize stations, and prepare ingredients and recipes quickly and safely in a lively seafood setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of professional cooking experience, familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment, and strong communication with front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Competitive benefits for part-time staff are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of professional cooking experience.
• Experience with commercial restaurant cooking equipment.
• Ability to follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures.
• Culinary degree or related restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with front and back of house.
• Handle a fast-paced cooking environment with ease.
