Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests.
• Guide guests through the menu, make recommendations, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and accuracy.
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and dining room sections.
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Uphold Eden’s service standards and commitment to exceptional hospitality.
