Job summary

Fogg Filler Company LLC, a ProMach brand, seeks a talented AM Parts Specialist to manage aftermarket parts for customers. You will work with the parts manager to fulfill orders, determine correct parts, and coordinate large projects through engineering and production.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will input data accurately, maintain customer files, and respond to calls and emails promptly.

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and support ongoing needs.
  • Other duties as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Fogg Filler is seeking a talented AM Parts Specialist. The position is responsible for handling all details involving Fogg Filler Company customers for after-market parts requirements.

  • Work in parts order fulfillment assisting the parts manager.
  • Works with Fogg customers to determine the correct parts needed.
  • Coordinates and project manage large scale projects through the engineering and production processes.
  • Enter accurate parts information into our computer system to process customers’ quotes/orders.
  • Updates and maintains customers engineering files to ensure accurate information for future inquires.
  • Take customer phone calls and e-mails for Fogg machinery parts requests.
  • Provide project quotes for customer requests in a timely manner and follow up.
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
  • Other duties as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Self-Motivated and good organizational skills.

  • Must have excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Requires good computer skills which include knowledge of word processing, data analysis and spreadsheet applications, legible handwriting, must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, strong focus on detail and documentation.
