The position is responsible for handling all details involving Fogg Filler Company customers for after-market parts requirements. Work in parts order fulfillment assisting the parts manager.* Works with Fogg customers to determine the correct parts needed.* Coordinates and project manage large scale projects through the engineering and production processes.* Enter accurate parts information into our computer system to process customers’ quotes/orders.* Updates and maintains customers engineering files to ensure accurate information for future inquires.* Take customer phone calls and e-mails for Fogg machinery parts requests.* Provide project quotes for customer requests in a timely manner and follow up.* Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.* Other duties as needed.**JOB REQUIREMENTS:*** Self-Motivated and good organizational skills.* Positive attitude and good customer service skills.* Must have excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.* Ability to lift 50 pounds.* Requires good computer skills which include knowledge of word processing, data analysis and spreadsheet applications, legible handwriting, must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, strong focus on detail and documentation.**BENEFITS:**Salary is only a part of a well-developed compensation program.
