Coma Coffee Roasters is hiring line cooks for full-time availability in the AM shift from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You will wash dishes, prep food including dough, bread, ingredients, and sauces, and operate woodfire and convection ovens.

You will also prepare salads and gelato, maintain a clean workstation, and sanitize cooking areas. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, and the role may involve standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.

Formación

• Previous commercial kitchen experience preferred.
• Standing for long periods and may include lifting heavy objects.

Responsabilidades

• Washing dishes
• Prep food for service, including but not limited to: Making dough, Baking bread, Portioning ingredients, Washing & chopping produce, Preparing sauces
• Making food using a woodfire oven
• Making food using a convection oven
• Preparing cold items such as salads and gelato
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked work station
• Cleaning and sanitizing prep and cooking areas and equipment
• Additional tasks as assigned by management
