Job summary

Lasell Village is seeking an experienced AM Line Cook to join our scratch-kitchen culinary team. This full-time role runs 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with some weekends. You will prepare high-quality meals for residents, lounge and dining areas, ensuring flavor, presentation, and sanitation meet our standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• ServSafe certification.
• 3 years of experience in line cooking or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents, dining rooms, the café, Lasell House and Studios.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain sanitary work practices.
• Rotate, label and date stock to prevent waste and manage inventory.
• Communicate daily with sous chef and team to meet production needs and pars.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and ensure quality presentation.
