Hotel Valencia Santana Row in San Jose, CA is seeking an energetic Entry-Level AM Line Cook to join our award-winning team. You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support the kitchen during busy shifts.

Responsibilities include setting up prep stations, following recipes, ensuring quality and safety, and working collaboratively with staff to deliver warm, personalized service to guests.

Qualifications

• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain hotel equipment in proper working condition.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor.
