Job summary

Hotel Valencia Riverwalk is seeking a PM Line Cook to prepare and cook high-quality dishes for restaurant, room service, and events. You will ensure proper station setup, accurate portioning, and clean, organized work areas in a fast-paced kitchen.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in culinary roles, a high school diploma, and a basic food safety certification; strong teamwork and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in the culinary industry; hotel or full-service experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s Certification and basic food safety knowledge.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per standardized recipes.
• Maintain quality, portions, and presentation.
• Set up and stock workstations before service.
• Follow safety procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with banquet and catering events as needed.
