Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown is seeking an AM Culinary Cook to join our team. You will prepare menu items, direct line cooks, and maintain sanitation in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Line Cook in hotels, resorts, or restaurants.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-oriented approach to deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Directs, trains, and monitors performance of Line Cooks; maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Prepare and assign production and prep work for Line Cooks; review priorities.
• Communicate additions or changes to assignments during the shift.
• Set up work station with required mis en place, tools, equipment and supplies; breakdown work stations and close duties.
• Inform the Sous Chef of supplies that need to be requisitioned for the day's tasks.
