Job summary

Poets Modern Cocktail & Eats at the Baltimore Downtown Hotel Indigo is seeking an AM Restaurant Server to warmly greet guests, take drink and food orders, and ensure a smooth dining experience.

You will present specials, coordinate with the kitchen and service team, inspect orders for accuracy and presentation, and maintain a clean, inviting table until guests depart. The role requires flexibility for mornings and weekends in a vibrant hotel restaurant setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly upon taking a seat in the restaurant.
• Share any specials or make recommendations from the menu for the customer.
• Secure drink orders and take food orders in an efficient manner.
• Inspect food for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery.
• Maintain a clean table and assist with any refills or requests as needed.
• Complete all side station work and maintain a clean safe environment.
