This individual is passionate about creating connections over a good meal. Their primary goal is to craft an intentional culinary experience that connects guests to the local environment by elevating unique ingredients and flavors.

Requested Tasks :

• Setting up, cleaning, and organizing a workstation
• Preparing a variety of ingredients and recipes efficiently and timely
• Maintaining good kitchen safety and sanitation practices
• Having at least 3+ years of related professional cooking experience
• Experience with commercial restaurant cooking equipment
• Following sanitation and cleanliness procedures
• Possessing a culinary degree or related restaurant experience (preferred)
• Exhibiting great communication skills with both front and back of house teams
• Handling a fast-paced cooking environment with ease
