We are seeking a passionate professional cook for an upscale breakfast, lunch, and brunch restaurant. We serve guests from all over the globe and value loving people and cooking. Our menu is 98% made from scratch, including many hand-cut items that require knife skills. Our hours are 8 AM to 3 PM, 7 days a week. To apply, please send your resume. You should be able to:

• Work in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
• Measure ingredients accurately
• Have strong knife skills
• Follow written & verbal instructions (recipes)
• Cook breakfast items (eggs, pancakes, waffles, biscuits) to guest specifications
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Operate Grill, Griddle, and Sauté stations
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods
• Demonstrate cooking methods such as sauté, grill, fry, bake, etc.
