Job summary

Smokin’ Jack’s BBQ LLC in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a dependable morning team member to cover AM shifts at our Brown Deer location. You’ll open the restaurant, prep items, and help run the line before lunch.

The role emphasizes punctuality, ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and a positive, team-oriented attitude; prior food service helps, but we’ll train the right person. Staff meal on shift and room to grow are offered.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual for morning shifts.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Food service experience is a plus, but training provided.
• Must be 16 or 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Open the restaurant and get prep and the line ready before lunch.
• Prep sides, sauces, and other menu items to our standards.
• Handle and portion smoked meats safely and consistently.
• Serve guests at the counter and take orders accurately.
• Keep the kitchen, dining room, and workstations clean and stocked.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
