Job summary

Bloomingfoods is a community-owned co-op grocery in Bloomington seeking team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain store operations.

You'll handle receiving, stocking, food prep, service counter, and general duties across the store, working in a collaborative environment with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and friendly communication with customers and fellow staff. The role pays 13.30–15.55 USD per hour in Bloomington.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 50lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfort working in coolers and freezers.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Regular, predictable attendance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to efficiency, detail, and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Windows 7 operating system.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal and external customers with excellent service at all times.
