Grand Hyatt Deer Valley in Park City, Utah, is seeking a courteous Restaurant Host/Hostess to greet guests, manage reservations, and deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will influence guest satisfaction through warm interactions and knowledgeable recommendations.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is in the famed Deer Valley ski resort and approximately 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Restaurant Host/Hostesses are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for dining guests both on the phone and in person. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience by their interactions that include taking down reservations, providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations. They may also be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.
