Job summary

North Point Hospitality Group is seeking hospitality-minded team members for a part-time role at the DoubleTree by Hilton Savannah Historic District in Savannah, GA. You will greet guests, take and relay orders, and help ensure a smooth dining experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must be min 18 years of age.
• Professionalism and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly manner.
• Gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment.

Responsibilities

• Serves ice water and/or coffee upon greeting the table.
• Accurately relays order to kitchen or bar and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Garnishes and decorates dishes preparatory to serving.
• Serves patrons from dish at table on occasion.
• Observes diners to fulfill any additional request and to perceive when meal has been completed.
• Totals bill and accepts payment or refers patron to cashier, using arithmetic, including making change.
• Replenishes supplies and prepares for the next meal.
• Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
