Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen seeks an AM Front Server to deliver Forbes Five-Star breakfast service with warmth, efficiency, and expert menu knowledge. You will present food and beverages, run courses, and support a seamless start to guests’ days under the Restaurant Manager.

This seasonal full-time role requires attention to detail, strong guest service, and the ability to work with wine knowledge and a team to uphold world-class standards in a ski-in/ski-out setting.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Forbes 5-star standards and adherence in all aspects of the operation.

Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to guests according to standards.
Run dishes and keep serving dishes a high priority.
Attend daily pre-service tasting and describe menu items when needed.
Take orders and service items promptly while following timing standards.
Check guest satisfaction during the meal and handle payments properly.
Set gueridons and tables before service; assist in clearing and setup.
Maintain clean tableware and service areas; report guest comments.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
