Job summary

The Club at Longview is seeking a full-time and part-time AM Food Runner / Expo to join our Food and Beverage team. You will set tables, serve food, and support a fast-paced dining room while coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate service.

Candidates should be hospitality-oriented with a solid work ethic and be able to multitask. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Setting tables, serving food orders, and removing used dishes and utensils.
• Facilitate collaboration between our kitchen and waitstaff.
• Ensure Members have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests. (e.g. food allergies).
• Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils, and napkins.
• Ensure food is served by safety standards (e.g. proper temperature).
• Check-in with Members and take additional orders or refill water, as needed.

The Club at Longview is seeking full-time and part-time AM Food Runner / Expo to join our Food and Beverage team! Must be able to multi-task, function in a fast-paced environment, and accurately prepare and take plates, utensils, condiments, etc., to the proper table.

We are looking for someone who can work 11am to 5pm Tuesday through Saturday, and 9am to 5pm on Sunday.

Pay
