The Hilton Garden Inn Hotel Jeffersonville is looking for a skilled AM Line Cook. This position directly contributes to our guest satisfaction by enhancing the dining experience. If you are a great team player, we would love to talk with you!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Cook, prep, and plate restaurant and/or banquet food
2. Prep Salad Station and Lunch/Dinner line throughout shift
3. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment (flat top grill, char grill, slicer, etc.)
4. Wrap, label, and date all food items
5. Perform other relevant tasks as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant setting
• Experience with various cooking methods and techniques
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
