Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver to provide high-quality care for residents, including ADLs, mobility, and daily activities. The role emphasizes compassion, safety, and teamwork within a hospitality-driven environment.

Schedule is Full-Time with hours 6:30 am-2:30 pm on Tuesday, Thursday–Sunday; pay rate ranges from $14.50 to $17.00 per hour. Requires HS diploma/GED and certification in First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management; Food Handler’s Card preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state).
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if required and not held.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless required by state.

Responsibilities

• Responds to resident needs promptly while maintaining independence, dignity, safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Review ISP and lifestyle surveys at shift start; initial, update as needed.
• Complete all resident assignments as directed in ISP during shift.
• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Perform regular safety checks and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Assist with transfers and meal service, ensuring safe transport and proper techniques.
• Engage residents in programs and maintain documentation of activities and engagement.
• Carry out housekeeping and laundry tasks and manage equipment per policy.
