Job summary

Grand Bay Hotel San Francisco is seeking a motivated team member to join our guest services team as a food runner. In this role you will deliver meals from the kitchen to guests, ensuring timeliness and accuracy while maintaining a courteous, high-energy presence in a fast-paced hotel restaurant setting.

You will act as the liaison between guests and kitchen staff, communicate orders clearly and help accommodate dietary needs.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain food handlers certification.
• Must have or be willing to obtain alcohol compliance certification if applicable.
• Flexible schedule including day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
