Grand Bay Hotel San Francisco is seeking a hospitality teammate to deliver food from the kitchen to guests, serving as the essential link between guests and kitchen staff.

You will communicate orders to the kitchen, manage priorities (including allergies), clear and reset tables, and keep the service area clean. A flexible schedule with day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays is required. Certification requirements may apply.

Description

Here is what you will be doing each day:

• Delivering food orders from the kitchen to the Guest
• Acting as the point of contact between Guest and kitchen staff
• Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies)
• Clear and clean tables
• Maintaining cleanliness in the area
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Must have or be willing to get food handlers certification and alcohol compliance certification if applicable.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
