Job summary

Tribute Portfolio is seeking an AM Server to deliver attentive breakfast service in a busy hotel restaurant. You will greet guests, explain offerings, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely service, while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Reporting to the restaurant manager, you will perform opening duties, monitor service stations, handle payments at the POS, and support colleagues to sustain exceptional guest experiences in accordance with Marriott and Tribute

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous restaurant or hotel service experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive breakfast service.
• Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage options; make recommendations.
• Enter orders into POS and ensure accurate payment processing.
• Set up breakfast stations and buffet, maintain cleanliness and stock.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely preparation and service.
• Maintain tables and service areas, reset as needed between guests.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory tasks.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and Marriott/Tribute Portfolio standards.
