Job summary

Atrium Embassy Suites in Frisco, TX is seeking a full-time breakfast cook to prepare and cook breakfast items using standardized recipes. The role supports kitchen opening/closing, line prep, and inventory tasks while following food safety guidelines.

Successful candidates will have 6 months of culinary or food service experience, and certifications in Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in culinary or food service.
• Food safety and alcohol awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move throughout shift.
• Positive, team-first attitude; availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items with consistency and care using standardized recipes.
• Support breakfast setup, line prep, and kitchen opening/closing duties.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and dishwashing stations.
• Ensure food is prepped for the following day and assist with inventory rotation.
