Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Franklin Embassy Suites is looking for a full-time breakfast and guest-services associate on-site. You’ll prepare, present, and maintain our complimentary breakfast and evening reception, greet guests, and help keep the dining areas clean and welcoming.

No experience is required—great attitude and teamwork are valued. The role offers about $17 per hour, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude and love teamwork, we’ll teach you the rest
• Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception
• Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready—buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally
• Jump in where needed—whether that’s light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team members
• Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards throughout your shift
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently
• Communicate key updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues as needed
